Our Culture

Our culture at Mary’s is driven by The Mary’s Way, which elaborates on our three pillars of Learning, Service and Compassion.

This informs our Student Engagement Framework, which shapes our way of being at all times when at the college or representing the college in public. In addition to being framed by The Mary’s Way, our Student Engagement Framework is underpinned by two core principles:

• It is framed positively, highlighting what we do want from and expect of our students, rather than what we do not want; and 
• It employs a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), ensuring that we provide each student with the support they need to help them to follow The Mary’s Way.
